Around 4-5 days i got tightness in my throat like if somebody was chocking me also got that in my chest as well making me feel nausious n lightheaded and chest palpitations feeling like its hard to breathe. had an ekg/oxygen all normal . any clues?

May be reflux with ot without H pylori a bacteria. Can consider over the counter omeprazole and famotidine. Would follow up with gastroenterology. May also be asthma for that would need PFTs(pulmonary function tests) . Also check CXR and thyroid studies
