? Anxiety: Given how young you are, it is also important to consider anxiety and panic attacks as a possible cause of your symptoms. Please consider seeing a psychiatrist or a well-trained pcp for a complete questionnaire and exam.

Anxiety : If the cardiac work up is normal and blood work is ok consider anxiety or panic disorder . One less thought of condition is pulmonary embolus speak to your doc.
