Husband had echo, ekg, holter for 2 wks, chest x-ray, ct of head - all clear. professional athlete. 30y/o. when hungover and after working out and sometimes randomly, he has chest pain and goes sometimes in the middle of his back. what could it be?

Majority of chest pain proves to be musculoskeletal in origin with spine notoriously involved in many, unfortunately hard to identify cause on imaging. A study to better visualize his aorta may be needed as well.
