See allergist: If your symptoms have not responded to Veramyst and Azelastine, you should consult an allergist (who has also completed training in internal medicine and/or pediatrics) to find out whether the problem is an allergic one. If so, help you out on avoidance measures and guide you on the treatment. Reflux disease can also lead to a sensation and sinus infection the presence of post-nasal drips.
