In labs that I've had experience with alt upper limit of normal is 55. If your level was indeed elevated, repeat it after being off voltaren for 2 weeks. I assume alcohol intake hasn't been the cause.

Mild elevation of an ALT liver enzyme is a sign of liver inflammation liver disease or liver infection or medication side effects.Common causes are fatty liver from diabetes or being overweight or viral hepatitis such as hepatitis type A B or C , Hemachromatosisp alcoholic liver disease. It’s important to do a Thorough lab work up of even mild elevation of liver enzymes to look for these causes
