Check to see if your doctor is able to do virtual visits, as this is better than not getting seen at all.

Discuss options which include waiting outside of the office, until seen. Some visits require in office presence, while others may not. Discuss the vaccine schedule, including your household members.

You will want to minimize your risk for getting COVID infection. This includes frequent handwashing, consistently wearing a mask, and avoiding exposure. Ask your obstetrician what measures they are using to protect patients, such as social distancing, plexiglas shields and having patients wait outside or in their cars until the actual visit. Be sure to include vaccination in your family.
