nephew 10 yr is given prednisolone 5 mg for asthma for 10 days:- 3 tablets trice for 5 day n then 3 tablets twice for other 5 days.. is this right ?

Family practice : A short course of Prednisone is helpful for exacerbation of asthma the dose is proper for his age. He should also use his inhalers that he probably has been given already.
