Puffy face: A puffy face and rapid weight gain is always a concern. His dose of Prednisolone usually is 2 mg/kg 1st dose and then 1 mg/kg for up to a total of 5-6 days. Other problems can cause your son's problems. Please have him checked by a Pediatrician. I understand your concerns. This is not normal. All the best.
