Not UTI. If your symptoms suggest UTI, that does not automatically mean you have UTI. The extent of your symptoms over 2 years speaks clearly of an alternate condition that is causing you UTI like symptoms. Start with your pediatrician, keep good balance of exercise and hydration.

UTI should give you symptoms majority of the time. Growing bacteria in urine is not necessarily a UTI. So that is important. But if you really have symptomatic infection pl see a good urologist who would try to find the cause and treat you
