A UTI can be symptomatic or not. Some symptoms like frequency, burning can occur without UTI which should be confirmed by urine tests. Self diagnosis is mostly wrong. You can irritate the very sensitive part of the bladder during masturbation using a finger or object and produce UTI symptoms. This is what I think is happening. Get a urine test. Be gentle. Dont use an object and drink water.
