Female 38 yrs has thalassemia trait which can make me tired. is it advisable to have flu vaccination at my age , also i has penicillin allergy would this matter?

None of mentioned conditions are contraindications to the flu shot. Best would be to discuss it with your treating doc in detailed context as to better understand the benefits/ risks/alternatives.

Thalassemia trait is not a contraindication to flu, Covid or any other vaccination. Thalassemia trait by itself should not cause tiredness, and you should seek consultation with your doctor.
