Fungal germs usually respond to miconazole treatment, they ignore/don't respond to antibiotics used for bacteria. Fungal germs are opportunist germs found in nature. You can consider their presence an infestation or infection. How you describe them does not make antibiotics a needed treatment. Miconazole is an anti-fungal.
