If i had an infected c-section incision can it cause infertility?

Unlikely: When an incision gets infected it is usually in the skin and the tissue right below the skin, not within the pelvis. Therefore this does not cause infertility.

Low odds: The incision in the skin is usually superficial and doesn't typically cause fertility problems.
