Just had a c-section 4wks ago..is it possible for oneside of the incision to be infected and the other side not?

Definitely: It's actually more likely that only part of the incision would be infected than the entire incision. It's important to get treated early on a postop infection. See your doctor as soon as possible. Infections can get worse quick.
