Is it okay if i wear glasses who have a difference of -.25 on both eyes? my prescription sunglasses are -5.25 and -5.50 but my new eyeglasses are -5.50 and -5.75. i can see clearly with both but is the swapping detrimental to my eyes?

Not to your eyes but maybe to your safety. Discuss with your eye Dr.

The difference in your 2 prescriptions is very minor and should not cause any difficulties in using both pairs of glasses interchangeably. Small changes in lens powers are quite normal and will not harm your eyes.
