I see slightly more blurry with my left eye, but whenever i put on my glasses, the effect reverses and the right eye sees worse. my prescription is the same in both eyes. is my prescription wrong, and do i need different ones in each eye instead?

You could need different prescriptions for the two eyes. It would be prudent to see an optometrist for a check on your refractive error and corrective lenses/glasses.
Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/.
