Never heard of this concept. Jim Fixx, the father of running died around age 60 from CAD and had strong FH of early heart disease. He started jogging because of family history. Exercise is best thing you can do to improve your cardiovascular health. What you heard is poppycock. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
