Pleurisy: Pain with respiration is pleurisy. Many causes and sometimes cause is never found. If not contraindicated then try taking otc nsaids. If you develop other symptoms such as muscle aches/joint swelling or aches/ rash/gi symptoms /etc then make an appointment to see your doctor.
