Most likely you need more time to be evaluated. Ask a primary care doctor, talk to him. her about your entire health including your emotions.

Follow up is always required after a hospital stay and it should be in the discharge papers, usually with your primary care doc if you had one. Your symptoms are unusual to say the least and need to be addressed timely.
