At your age it is unlikely to be related to weak muscles and more likely to be related to a hard stool. Increase fluids, fiber in your diet or try a stool softener if the stools are hard.

Physical exercise,including running/jogging and core muscle strengthening, always helps. A diet log along with proper hydration might help as well in identifying specific types of food that may create the tendency to constipation.
