I seem to smell like poop and i don't know why. i'm a clean person and healthy. do your but muscles have anything to do with this. weak but muscles?

Hard to say: This is not a common medical complaint so I can only make conjectures. My best guess is because of stool that is in your rectum when you pass gas..we do it sometimes imperceptibly you smell like poop. I would see if being on regimen of regular bowel movements each morning might help and/or be evaluated for why your digestive tract might be creating more than the usual amounts of gas.
