if my right arm hurts, feels weak and the muscles ache without reason, could that be a sign of a stroke? i'm scared.

Not likely stroke: More common causes of your symptoms are a spinal problem, local trauma, and repetitive use disorder. Stroke symptoms would usually also involve facial, speech, and/or right leg symptoms.
