I scratched my eye with a dropper. then i got hot steam in my eye from a kettle. i had some pain that started about 20 minutes afterwards, that only ceased with eye drops. will this steam slow the healing process of my eye? if so, by how much?

One should see the Eye Doctor, Ophthalmologist to examine the eye as soon as possible. Because steam burn could lead to scar tissue formation and visual problems in the future.
