I scratched my eye two days ago (hit my eye with an eye dropper sachet). i went into sunshine without sunglasses, facing the sun, for about ten seconds. will this cause cancer or other disease to my scratched eye?

No: It does mot cause cancer. If you truly scratched the clear surface of your eyeball you may need medicated drops to prevent an infection from scarring that area & leading to a permanent distortion of vision. Get it evaluated.

Ten seconds...: Ten seconds is an eternity if you're running the 100-yard dash. Ten seconds is nothing if talking about being outdoors in the sunshine. That said, be sure not to look directly at the sun (people usually are wise enough not to do that). Sunshine is important for human health. Our world dies without sunshine, but one must balance sun exposure with UV-caused long term damage.
