Ten seconds...: Ten seconds is an eternity if you're running the 100-yard dash. Ten seconds is nothing if talking about being outdoors in the sunshine. That said, be sure not to look directly at the sun (people usually are wise enough not to do that). Sunshine is important for human health. Our world dies without sunshine, but one must balance sun exposure with UV-caused long term damage.
