With limitations due to no context, superimposed acute fracture means that there is a new fracture (broken bone) in top of previous changes as described or known to be present.

We really need more information here. In very general terms, superimposed means you have a new fracture in the setting of some other pathology (could be arthritis, old fracture, bone lesion, deformity, tumor etc.)
