If you do not know his HIV status you should get tested. You see even having 'protected' sex is not fool proof. Pl be careful.

Even without a condom, oral sex is safe sex in regard to HIV. There has never been a scientifically documented case of HIV transmission oral to penis. Licking the skin anywhere on the body is no risk for HIV: the scrotum is no more susceptible than the skin of, say, your elbow or stomach. This was a zero risk event. Don't worry about it.
