If you did all that then you cleared your eye of whatever went in it. If there is no redness or irritation then you should be fine.

Rinse you eye out with saline solution (artificial tears). If you have no additional symptoms, you should be fine. If you experience discomfort or a change in vision, see your ophthalmologist
