Instead of going to the er after my cat scratched by scleras, i put saline solution in. in march, the opto said no infection just inflammation and prescribed omega-3, hot compress and eye drops, yet pain and red lines still there. will i go blind?

it is unlikely you will go blind, but I would seek the opinion of an Ophthalmologist to see if further treatment is needed
