Can i ride bicycle with inguinal hernia?

Maybe. This is a rather individual issue. Some inguinal hernias are small & rarely any problem with such activities. Some can be enormous & bother you constantly. Bicycle riding does not create much abdominal pressure that would aggravate a hernia. You can try a simple ride & see how it effects you.

Depends. If it is asymptomatic yes. But if it is very large or causes discomfort then check with your MD or have it fixed.
