I wouldn't be thinking of a leaking intracranial aneurysm with these symptoms. Have you had any recent head trauma? Muscle contraction tension headache or a variant of migraine come to mind. Consult a neurologist for a headache evaluation,testing and advice.

Agree with Dr Colantino, this is NOT a typical presentation of an aneurysm. Contact your doctor and get evaluated for different types of headaches.

These symptoms are not typical of an aneurysm. How long have you had these headaches? Have you had any changes in your life that are causing more stress? If yes, have you practiced any type of stress relief exercise?
