I washed my slippers in washer on cold setting with detergent and sanitizer for 20 minutes. i have to let air dry and they have been drying for three days if they had covid19 on them would it have been killed. or do i need to throw them out. thank?

No washing at all was necessary. The COVID-19 coronavirus is not transmitted by contact with clothing or the environment, only by droplets or through the air when near an infected person. Nobody ever needs to wash clothing after being in known or possible contact with an infected person. For sure don't throw away the slippers!
