Just below my ankle there is small red patch. it brownish/pinkish/redish. it hasn't grown. thankfully there aren't any other on rest of my body. it doesn't hurt or itch?

You may watch and wait. If the patch more than doubles in size, bleeds, ulerates, other patches develop, you get fever or lose weight, see a doctor. This could be a psoriatic patch developing. Check your scalp to see if there is any signs of psoriasis present. Does it itch? Other possibility might be lichen plannus. You may want to have a dermatologist or podiatrist check to see .
