No. Keep the area clean with soap and water and see your MD who will take care of it.

If you can tolerate it, it would be okay to cut it off. Put pressure on the site to limit bleeding. Apply triple antibiotic cream to the raw area. As I suggested earlier, you may wait for the tag to fall off on its own. Wish you good health!
