Yes: Lymph nodes in the right groin area are associated with your legs and genital area. Any type of inflammation or infection in those areas can cause your groin lymph nodes to swell. If you have an ingrown hair bump in your groin that is inflamed, it could be the cause. Other causes can include a sexually transmitted disease or even cancer. See a health provider to be sure.
