Both calves ache. cold feet. ankles feel swollen but arent. normal bp and recent bloodwork. not overweight, dont smoke. what could this be?

It sounds like vascular issue needs to be ruled out. Please see your doctor for a complete vascular exam, so further tests can be recommended to check perfusion in your feet and identify the reason (atherosclerosis, thrombosis, aneurysm, dissection). It’s less likely given you have symptoms in both feet but definitely need a complete vascular exam.

I believe you are experiencing a nerve related problem. Neuropathy will give give the sensation of being swollen. The cold sensation can also be initiated by a nerve related problem. I would seek the Referal to a neurologist would be recommended.
