EKG readings are not normal but the correct interpretation needs to be based on your medical history and physical exam. Please see your family doctor first and you may need to be evaluated by a cardiologist.

First degree AV block may not be of concern. Since you have not provided the actual PR interval, it is difficult to comment further. "borderline" inferior Q waves does not say anything useful. Abnormal T waves is also non-specific. To properly interpret these findings, you need to discuss with your primary doctor since he is familiar with your clinical situation. Please contact him/her.
