Not sure one can: pin the symptoms on ruptured ovarian cyst, but pregnancy will cause those symptoms. Check the pregnancy test. If negative, check it again in 1 week. Besides pain, ruptured ovarian cysts can cause some minor weight gain but should not be significant. Thanks for trusting in HealthTap.
