Low grade fever off and on for about 4weeks now, hunger pains after eating seems it wont go away and i have no ulcers. temp range from 98.6 to 99.1?

Normal temps: You do not have fever. Normal body temps range from 96.2 to 99.9 during the course of a day. Not sure what you mean by hunger pains, but seeing a good GI doctor will be beneficial. Hope this works out soon.
