I have ankylosing spondylitis but i can't take ibuprofen because i nsve a few stomach ulcers im in a lot of pain in my lower back and hip swollen is there anything else i can do?

Tylenol, can help, but do not take more than 4,000 mg daily, and hopefully far less. A sacroiliac belt, worn throughout the day, may help stabilize the symptoms. See a physical therapist for additional interventions.

All of Dr Machanic’s recommendations are great. Would only add that connecting with your treating rheumatologist will definitely help as your therapy may need to be escalated.
