Can hepatitis b be cured?

There is no cure for HEP-B but it can be treated and goes away in 4-8 weeks. There is a vaccine for prevention and there are almost 300 million people living with it and about 840 deaths from cirrhosis and liver cancer in 2019.In AFRICA where you live about 81 million people are infected each year .Be careful about your environment and lifestyle.

Yes but only with the use of Peg inron injections. Nucleoside analogs alone cannot cure Hepatitis B but they can control the disease.
