Yes it can: Hepatitis b is a curable disease nowadays. Whether you can be cured 100% or not, no one will guarantee. No supplement has been shown to work on it, but prescription medications such interferon and some anti-viral meds, like ribavarin, will be able to help. Talk to your doc, have a comprehensive exam and determine whether you are a good candidate for treatment.

Cure is : Cure is difficult. Best drug is viread. If hiv+ too, use truvada (emtricitabine and tenofovir). Monitor with e ag and antibody.
