I have a very tiny indent, almost looks like a deep pore under my breast. i have no lumps in my breast that i can feel, and in dec. i had a clear breast ultrasound, no mammo b/c of my age, and no cancer history. should i be worried?

What you described does not seem to be a serious issue. You may watch and wait. If the pit more than doubles in size, develops a discharge, or you detect a lump, it would be prudent to see your doctor. Wish you good health!
