Cloudy urine is not enough for diagnosing bladder infection. If your daughter behaves normal, just observe her at this time. If she has painful & frequent voiding or fever or intestinal symptoms or misbehaving, time to see her doctor.

Let her drink when she is thirsty unless room temp above 90 then encourage her to drink fluids.
