i'm on aviane pills, my urine is yellow-cloudy and has a strong smell in the mornings. i have no pain or itching and i drink water. is it serious?

Almost definitely no: Although cloudy urine is often associated with infection, the lack of painful urination and the urge to urinate frequently speak strongly against your having an infection. However, if it persists for more than 10-14 days, ask your doctor to order a urinalysis.
