All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, this test has a natural variation and a diagnosis requires a repeat positive test in 6 months or later. Wish you good health!

All tests have to be interpreted in clinical context and trying to formulate a diagnosis. Once a diagnosis is formulated, therapeutic options are reviewed cautiously in the process of selecting a safe plan. Your test, even though positive, is not diagnostic by itself and it will have to be placed in proper context by your rheumatologist.
