Pain in the breast of a 20-year-old, in the absence of a lump or structural defect, will usually be caused by fluctuations of hormones. Even with a lump, the pain will usually be a benign cyst. If the pain lasts for more than a few days, however, it is prudent for you to be checked by a physician. This is especially important with any family history of breast cancer.
