Asked the nurse to confirm if my intamusculer b12 injection in my arm should be aspirated to avoid any veins, the nurse said this was not really necessary.is the nurse correct ?could it cause a problem?i always get slight leaking of blood at site?

The standard is to always aspirate. You do not want to be in a vein or artery when injecting vaccinations or anything else.
