I know xarelto can exasperate myasthenia gravis and even cause ocular myasthenia. can you please tell me what blood thinners are safe if you have myasthenia?

PDR does not list MG as a side effect of Xarelto but eHealthMe did state that in phase IV of clinical study of FDA data, all oral anticoagulants (blood thinners, warfarin or direct anticoagulants) may have myasthenia gravis as a side effect (the risk is very low, 1 to 2 cases per 10.000 users). If blood thinner is absolutely indicated, I will choose Xarelto (lowest risk 0.01%).
