That's likely the trunk (muscle) pain due to the build up of lactic acidosis inside the muscles after a vigorous exercise, probably same as the calf pain after you ran for a long distance.

If you do not have cough, wheezing or shortness of breath, I agree that the exercise may cause musculoskeletal pain. Discuss local heat and the use of NSAIDS.
