Hi. i had a breast us done recently. before the us i tried to pop the area which i thought to be a cyst. it caused swelling. us showed benign i am worried this affected the us results, and caused it to miss potential cancer? i also have back pain?

It is unlikely that your attempt at "popping" would have altered a cancer lesion to make it undetectable. At your age you are low risk of breast cancer, unless you have strong family history of early onset breast cancer. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
